The only substantial data Kloset stores on its servers is your optional cloud backup (off by default). To delete it while keeping your account and your remaining credits:
The stored backup (wardrobe photos, profiles, looks and settings) is deleted from our servers immediately. Your on-device data is untouched, and you can keep using the app.
This immediately and permanently deletes everything Kloset's servers hold about you: your account record, email address, remaining credits, usage counters, notification tokens, your device hash, and any cloud backup.
Email impeccabletech7@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, subject "Kloset data deletion", saying whether you want your whole account removed or only specific data. Deletion is completed within 7 days.
Your wardrobe, photos and generated looks live on your device. They are uploaded to our servers only if you switch on cloud backup, which is off unless you enable it (see Option 1 to delete that copy). Photos sent for AI processing are used for that single request and never stored. To remove the on-device copies, uninstall the app or clear its storage.
